Almost a great app
Really enjoying using the app. Doesn’t display ‘Areas’ (says 0) on dashboard (although 4 created and visible in when drill-down)
Needs a link to a plant search or encyclopaedia to be awesome.
“Events” needs to be repeatable ie daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, custom months. Currently only able to be set date and time.Show lessjamn_english

I I’ve been in search of a gardening app that meets my needs and have tested out many recently. This app has the most important features that I am looking for, but one big downside is that you have to manually enter all your plant info. This app would be perfect if it had a plant database that would pre-populate the basic plant info for you.Show lessRjdnsnju

Just what I was looking for! I was just about to create a spreadsheet to keep track of my gardening zones and plants within ... why not check the App Store first? Maybe there is something there I could use? And there it was, perfect!Tpwelker
Nice app!
I was looking for an app to help plant my garden. This is the best one out there, however I wish I could save each year, so I can look back to see what I’ve done in the past. I would also like a visual garden layout.Schwab725
Photos have disappeared
Loved this to begin with but a very large number of photos of my plants have disappeared over the last few months. Seems like I wasted a lot of time compiling my records. Need to look at another method of logging my plants. Very disappointedJodgem12

I have recently greened my thumb again after a two year break for work and study. I have used this app for a week only but I’m loving organising my garden like this. I don’t have to worry about loosing tags on plants now and forgetting the varieties. Love the photos. Can now track the growth in my plants. The feature I was looking for in an app for my garden when I came across this was a calendar. If you could add this feature it would be complete. We used to buy our apps outright so it was super annoying when subscription models replaced it. I want to support app developers but I also can’t have 50 different $3 a month subscription plans. This way is genius! I got to try the app out without worrying about having to cancel my scrip and loose my work (and ultimately, deleting the app altogether). I’m really enjoying this app and with this model, I don’t have to worry about wasting time on entries. As time goes by, I value the app more and more and will be happy to pay for credits to export and backup my info. This is the first I have seen of this model and I really likey!!Show lesseightyanthony
Almost perfect
I want to call this app perfect but I just cannot. There are a couple of bugs I would love to see fixed. Firstly, the app closes regularly when I am switching between applications. I cannot possibly remember everything I need to enter for one plant, but often the app closes while in the midst of switching back and forth to find the information I need for a new plant.
Secondly, it is super slow to update between devices. While it closes frequently and then updates and syncs on reopening, I can log out and move to another mobile device but everything I changed has not actually synced on the new device. The restart upon close is super slow. It can take up to 2 minutes sometimes for it to open upon first use.
Is it really necessary to only allow it to open on one device at a time? I often switch between my tablet and my phone, yet everytime I have to do so I am waiting for the spinning ball of death to log me in and sync, even though it is not actually syncing until later.
I have looked at other similar apps and nothing comes close, but these problems are annoying enough after five months of use for me to look elsewhere. No one else is updating and no other app can do what this one offers. I am sticking with it out of sheer need and hope that updates can improve the experience.Show lessFairladyorchid
I’m am SO organized now!
This may be my fav app ever! I am quickly becoming addicted to organizing my landscaping projects—noting when and what I have planted in each bed, special plant needs. Best of all is being able to organize what requires fall pruning vs spring pruning and setting reminders. Endlessly helpful!Dspsep
