Gardenize has all the features I need. I can place plants in areas, track care and maintenance, and use this for shopping, care planning, or landscaping. The database is pretty deep (though I wish it had a few more items), and when it doesn’t have it I can add all details. The social stuff is not for me, but it is fun it is there and hopefully the many people I recommend he app to join!Show lessguialexsan

Finally have a way to catalog and update my collection of garden plants and flowers. Love having them all in one place where I can enjoy looking at them any day of the year—no matter the season! The app tracks each garden area by name also, so you know where each plant is located and all of the plants’ pertinent facts. The only con is that you can only have one photo per plant on the free version.Show lessmoburger7

What am I doing wrong?
Love the idea of this, but can’t even save one plants details. So I was looking forward to plotting out everything, but can’t even start. I am doing something wrong? Or is this an old app?Khorlor

Lots of nice features here, but you have to enter all the data manually for every plant. Could there not be a searchable database in addition to the ability to add your own?fleetingshadows

As an app - looks ok, but I’m hesitant to put any data that matters, since anything I create in this app is held hostage and cannot be exported for backing up, unless I get a paid subscription. I think I’ll pass.
Edit: you can subscribe, export and cancel your subscription within 14 days. At least that’s something, but I’ll still pass. Added one more star.Show lessavioli

I love this app but…to use it the way I want to, I’d have to update to the paid edition and it is VERY expensive. I still use the app and love it but do wish I could have the functionality that it used to have when it was a new app. Still, it’s worth downloading and (aid I could afford it),I’d buy the paid version.Show lessQuiltWoman1
Update has scrolling issues
I am enjoying using the app, however the latest update has scrolling issues where the screen goes to white and I cannot save edits.1istmaker
Utterly disappointing
So, basically… you enter your plant name, pictures, etc. No help with identification, no plant info, no plant care info. Just a place to store pics.
Time spent looking up plant’s proper names, genus, etc is frustrating. You would think with a subscription, I would get more features
