App crashes in iPad
Kindly fix this problem. After the recent update the app crashes on opening. Thank you

Crashes on load, reinstalling doesn’t fix it, seems to only happen on iPads, phone support is fine.
It does not work after update on IOS 12.5.7

Notifications
It has a little red dot to say there is a notification, but nothing is clear in the app as to what is new content. No red dot, no bold to mark as new and unread. Not helpful.

Can’t read as is says when u open “the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.
