Useless App

Totally useless if you can get it working at all …

App crashes

The app is so bad. It crashes all the time. When you create something, when you try to collect, when you try to install. I deleted and reinstalled. Same thing. Being such a big company I can’t believe they can’t figure out how to make a decent application. I gave up on it. UPDATE PLEASE!!!!

Go to 【Settings】>【Bluetooth】>Forget the paired device. 4. Reboot the phone. 5. Reconnect Bluetooth. 6. Don’t bother

Can’t give it more than one star (would be less if I could) as this app is close to impossible to pair with iPhone. So can’t even rate userbility

Map hardly works

Probably 2/3 of the time that I set the directions on the map, when I start riding the map just freezes on my dashboard. I have to pull over, turn off the scooter, re-enter the same directions in the app, then try riding again. Very annoying and don’t want to be paying $60 a year for a feature that works ⅓ of the time.

Navigation needs improvement

I wish that the navigation feature would:
1. Allow a preview of route before trip
2. Allow user to create their own route
3. Be less glitchy

I don’t care about the personalized faces.

I don’t like that notifications show up over the directions when driving.

Doesn’t Work

Terrible product. Has never worked. Been back to dealer 4 times and they can’t fix it.
Do not waste your time or money on this feature.

Navigation doesn’t work

Navigation doesn’t work in Apple app.!Followed the instructions posted by developer in reply to similar complaint / review and saw no improvement. The app just crashes when you attempt to configure it to navigate you somewhere. App developer wants a screen shot. How do send a screenshot of an app that just closes? Are you telling me you can’t simulate the problem in your app tests? A complete waste of $250 on a hardware add on that doesn’t do what I bought it for. Until the app developer fixes this issue, iPhone owners beware!

Great idea but the navigation doesn’t work on iPhone

My friend with android loves it. When I try to do the navigation the app immediately crashes. The custom faces are nice but not nearly as functional as the navigation would be. Also the notifications don’t seem to work well. Any feedback about efforts to get this working with iPhones?? Thanks! LOVE THE SCOOTER THOUGH!
