Not crashing now
I wrote the below review, and then the app was upgraded, and now the app is not crash on load, so I will upgrade to 4 stars for now.
Previous review:
I'm on an iPhone 6s, running iOS 10.3.3.
When I launch it from the home screen, the launch screen appears for about one second as though it's going to loud, and then text me back to the home screen.
If I double-click the iPhone's Home button, I can see that the app, apparently running in the background running, as though I can switch to it. If I do, the same thing happens. For about one second it looks like it might come up, and then it kicks me to the home screen.
I'm going to uninstall and reinstall, but this is still unacceptable. If I were out in the real world, and I had to uninstall and reinstall, I wouldn't be able to use the app without going home and entering my private key.
Edit: I'm not sure how, but after uninstalling and reinstalling, the app still remembered who I was, so I guess one can restore it, even out in the field.

nothing but crashing ever since this new update. I HAVE MONEY ON MY APP AND I WANT IT!!!!! FIX THIS ISSUE NOWWW!!!!
No support
There's no support for this wallet and the support email address within the app is dead. As much as wish all the success to Litecoin and the apps creators I don't think you should have an unsupported app on the store that handles people's cash essentially.
I have just tried using the recovery seed to recover the wallet on another device. It didn't work and seems like it's wiped the balance off. This may mean that anyone with a Loafwallet who loses their device or uninstalls the app may not be able to retrieve their balance.

No complaints so far. Easy enough to use. Would like more information around security and how they are stored though. Would recommend

Hi, thanks for your response! Your Litecoin addresses are derived from your 12-word recovery key. No information in regards to private key nor recovery phrase is sent to a private server. The app is secured by default iOS system security (lock screen + sandboxing...) + the input pin your entered when you first installed the app.
