Receptacle Lids
For the most part, service is excellent.
However, receptacle lids are left open after they are emptied. This is especially bad on rainy days where the receptacles fill up with water making a messy, stinky receptacle.41 year resident

It was always hard to remember when it was recycling week, and when the service changed to Friday, this app was particularly helpful. The transition had its problems as all changes do, but I thought it went pretty well and we actually like Friday pickup much better. I check the app regularly for messages and helpful info. Should be zero stars
By far the worst company to deal with. They miss pickup 75% of the time which means I have to call and request a makeup. Management doesn't care, making empty promises and even laughed when I told him I was gonna cancel service. They know they are the only choice other than hauling it off yourself.
