New Update Review
I feel as though these new updates have further downgraded this game’s experience with major glitches/bugs. Everything was working mostly fine in the 1.5.1 updated version of the game, which this update was 4 years ago at the time of me typing this, because the recent three updates have since ruined some major parts of this game, along with other bugs that other app reviewers have mentioned that I have not described, like one about some glitch in “The Last Duty” scenario?
This third, recent update still hasn’t fixed the water problem, where the problem is that the water units/boats and amphibious units still cannot move onto water (but the amphibious units can move on land just fine), they are just stuck in one place permanently with no way of moving them. Can this be fix ASAP? This problem can be seen in the “Free Game” and “Scenarios” mode, however the “Campaign” mode has working water/amphibious units for some reason.
And one more thing, I do not mean to be rude, but do you developers even play test the game to see if you fixed a problem or if the problem is still there? If not, I would recommend playtesting before rolling out any more updates where you guys said that you have fixed some “performance issues,” even though seemingly nothing has changed except that the water problem and other bugs are still here.
In summary, here are the glitches/bugs that need some fixing:
1. [MOST IMPORTANT] Water units and amphibious units cannot go into water in the “Free Game” and “Scenarios” section. However, water units and amphibious units work just fine in the “Campaign” section.
2. In the “Scenarios” section, some scenarios would have this glitch where the police units do not return back to patrolling after completing a task or incident. This bug can be found in the “International Summit” scenario.
3. My police, medical, and fire units, as well as my dispatchers that I hired, would sometimes have this glitch where their profile pictures are replaced with a completely white background image.
4. I cannot report a bug when playing in “Free Game” mode, as it would say “failure to report a bug” every time I try to report.

Great Game but needs some improvements
stuck on duty 33 i believe, last duty of the year and i keep getting a failure message saying i didn’t capture the suspects, even though i had a perfect incident record, no suspects were shown and i got no calls in this time? pls help i wanna complete the campaign
Great game but…
The game is great and very fun the only issue is on mobile you can’t complete the last mission (or at least i can’t) because it says “failed to capture the suspects” even tho i finished the round with 100% efficiency and 0 unresolved cases. There’s also an issue where i purchased an expansion pack and never received the pack because in the scenarios it’s still telling me i haven’t. So again the game is great but there’s some bugs that should be addressed asap but im not sure if the mobile game gets taken care of as much as the pc and console version. i hope this gets situated so i can give it the 5 stars it deserves.

Fun for awhile
The game is great and fun to play. Lots to do (buy more officers and equipment) and expand (add more areas), but after awhile it keeps repetitive same calls same stuff and slow to level up. I would like to see more views maybe on sight camera or the police body cam. Review cops and make sure they are following the right course of action.

Fix the bug
I love this game very much,but could you please check and fix the Water operation DLC,my boats sometimes stuck and I can’t dispatch them to the accident,there is no routine to any place,when I open Water operation scenarious,it always crash and I can’t report the bug.please fix this bug and I will be very appreciate of it

Since the new update, I can’t move my boats after the 3rd district is unlocked. Please fix this issue I really want to play it. After the new update im having the same issue :(

My amphibian units won’t move at all

When playing 112 operator on mobile. The “Wait for Enforcements” isnot an available feature like it is on the other platforms of the game. This makes games where shootouts are inevitable, almost impossible, and leads to failure conditions. Moreover, this completely ruins and makes the “The Last Duty” DLC completely unplayable on mobile because this feature is a core part of that DLC and you’re not able to make it past the first few stages at all. please try to fix this issue as soon as you can. Other than that, we really enjoy your game.

結論からいうと、Steam版の112operatorをスマホ版化したような感じである。
価格はそれほどではないので、チラッと体験するならおすすめ。
このゲームは、住民からの通報に対応し、警察官や消防官、救命士などを現場に向かわせ、トラブルを解決させるゲームである。
何が起きるかわからないので、事件なら警察、火災なら消防、負傷なら救命といった感じに冷静に振り分けるのが、このゲームのコツ。
ただ、スマホ版は省かれているところもあり、確実に楽しむなら、Steam版がおすすめ。
コンソール版も配信されているが、こちらは日本語字幕がないので、開発者さんはコンソール版にも日本語字幕を導入してほしい。
以上の事から、星５つ。

My review is not showing up for the third time so I’m gonna keep this brief. I appreciate that the drives behind this game and others are still present to fix their games and bring the missing DLCs back. However, this update is not exactly perfect, as I want to point out some bugs or issues.
1) In the “Scenarios” section, some scenarios don’t have police units return to patrol after finishing an incident. This bug is present in the “International Summit” scenario.
2) There’s this huge bug where in the “Free Game” section and the “Scenarios” section, my water units, including amphibious units, cannot move into water, like my water units are just stuck in place while my amphibious can move on land but not on water. However, the water units in the “Campaign” section works just fine for some reason.
3) The profile pictures of my police, medical, and fire units, as well as my hired dispatchers, would have their profiles be replaced by a completely white image. This doesn’t really affect gameplay, but it is a noticeable bug.
These are all the bugs that I can possibly find as casual player, but I might tell more if I encounter any in the future, so if you’re reading this devs, please fix this and especially the water issue where my water units and amphibious units cannot move into water for some reason. New update
Since the new update, I can’t move my boats after the 3rd district is unlocked. Please fix this issue I really want to play it.
Big Tip in This Game (updated)
Update: (Skip through this if you want to read the tip) I was initially glad to see that this game has gotten an update after several years, however, I have just one question. Where on earth is the rest of the DLCs??? After I updated the app, there’s obviously something missing from the game, and that are the DLCs. Where’s the pandemic DLC, the zombies, the tsunami, heavy rain, etc.? I had paid for the extra content in this game because one, they’re entertaining, and two, I’m a bit of a fan for the developers behind this game, 911 operator, and the still developing, Infection Free Zone. The cut content of some of the DLCs gives the wrong impression to me and maybe some people who bought them that we have been unfairly ripped off to pay for something that ultimately doesn’t benefit, all because of one update after around 4 years of no updates. “General bug fixes and performance update,” does that mean backtracking of some the DLCs that you guys added for a more “bland” experience in this game, as well as maybe ripping off the people who bought them? I apologize if I was a little rude at the end there, but I overall want to ask just one favor; could y’all please bring back the cut DLCs? Thank you for reading this.
The Tip: (might be outdated due to new update) I’m making a review to give one major tip for any potential users willing to install this game for the fun of it, as I’ve seen other reviews having trouble with their experiences, as this game is most likely never going to receive any updates to address our complaints, so I’m here to help a bit. For my one tip, NEVER, and I say NEVER start your campaign in London, as it would NOT make you finish the story and unlock the “free-play” mode because when you finish the map, there’s a random glitch in the end that would make you not finish the campaign. Instead, start your campaign in Moscow, as this is the only map that I know that you can ACTUALLY finish the story and unlock “free-play” mode. I don’t know any other maps in the “start campaign” section that can also be finished, as I really don’t want to waste my time playing through all the maps to see if they are not glitched out like London, so Moscow is your best choice. I may or may not post another review to see if I could fix any other reviewer who’s having a different problem in this game that I know can be somewhat worked around. Btw, a message for the developers: please fix this game. Thank you for reading my review.

Repetive
The games good and fun to play but a lot of the calls are repetitive like I got a plane crash 3 times in a row in every duty otherwise it’s a pretty fun game to play.
