Crappie app

Crashes a lot, says not to be at correct location lots of times and when it works, it is extremely slow and doesn’t even refresh properly.

Upgrade or suggestion

Hi team your app is really helpful to manage staff attendance their hourly base work and other etc…
I am a software developer and I just thinking how we manage more flexible and effective stuff for people

Why not you add a timetable / management module in this
For example: I have a company with 200 employees its difficult for me to manage their schedule. It's took a lot of time
So I have a solution why not we create a new functionality in this app its working on Al
We just write a name of employees and their availability for day shift or night shift and using AI they generate the timetable of all employees in just seconds
If you need my assistance it's wonder for me I am waiting for your feedback

Login problem

Can’t login the site keep asking for password after put my password I don’t no witch password again

Is this a joke?

Just got a new job that uses this system for productivity mapping and I can’t even use it after being instructed to download it. I have tried and it seems as if it doesn’t work with iPhones. Seriously?! Who makes apps these days without the ability to update and compatibility with Apple products? This product is just not ideal at all!

No update or bug fixes

This app never get updates. There are so many bugs in this app and UI looks like it was created by an 8 year old. Update your app to be more user friendly and please fix bugs.

TelMe App not working well with Apple phone

I believe many people have the same problem as me. The App seems not to work with Apple Phones, because there is no updates. I keep getting error messages. I can’t even login to my account currently. This app needs to be improved to a good standard. I suggest the developer check any technical issues, updates and bug fixes. Thanks

Ridiculously slow and not working some times at all

Can not log in sometimes, there is always a delay. It is ridiculously slow most of the time. When it comes to check calls I have to press it many times for check call to show done, some times I have to wait about a minute and press many times for check call to go through.

On occasions it even does not work at all and then you receive a call from them that I missed my check call, it might be on purpose because apparently gallinet charge the employers money if the employees miss their check calls .

It is really a joke.

Pointless

This is the most useless app I ever came a cross, the only thing that works here is to hourly check button, it has a lot categories but none is available or at Woking stage, it’s need a lot work but it’s been like this for over a year since I start using it and don’t see it anytime. It will be better calling on phone to check call. Waste of space.

You will need to contact your employer, they control which functions you have access to.

Not making calls

After the update I can’t make calls as it keeps coming up saying call not in range so in the mean time I have to use my other phone to call them so they can book me on
