Excellent App

The ability for it to alarm myself when doing calls is great.

Slow

Finding it slow especially when making a check call.

Can’t open

I have the app but I can’t open to check in or check out,i try to set my gps on but still,i try in the beginning of the shift and at the end but doesn’t work at all,any advice??

Pain

When the app works it does the job. But half then time it doesnt even let you log in despite having the right details. Very basic and not up to date enough

Dont bother

Constantly crashes. Unable to book on / off and do check calls during shifts. Worst app on store! App isnt working at all now, says cannot connect to servers. Tried on different wifi’s and my own data and still the same issue. Please fix this!!

Works like a CHARM

I’ve been using the app going on 3 months now.
I can’t stress its importance & reliability enough!
Being an organised person myself, I can honestly say I’ve found an app that compliments my daily endeavors reciprocally....

Waste of time

I’ve downloaded this app as it’s required to log in and out for my job, now and again it will let me log in but never lets me log out, all I get when I try is a message saying I’m out of range to make the call and I’m sat in the bloody staff room at the time. To sum up, this app is not fit for purpose.

GPS requires line of sight and will always perform poorly when indoors also ensure that your device is operating in high accuracy mode. You may also want to speak with your employer and ask them to check the tolerance settings they have applied to your work location. Finally of course you could contact support who will try and assist you.

Book on

I’ve been using this app for 2months now and I’ve only once been able to book on. Also almost non of the other functions are working. I find it a real pain to use and only use it because I have to, even though I have to phone work to book on. So all it’s good for is a work diary.

More Geolocation Rubbish

It’s been going on for months now! 8 times out of 10 it denies the call due to range. Rather than blame it on the employers, how about setting the geolocation limit to a larger default area so random employers can’t mess with it too much, ending up with yourselves receiving undeservedly harsh feedback. It’s a great app ruined by companies abusing it because, they can.
