  • I fanno enter any meal food

    The app is ok, but sometimes does not allow me to go back so I need to close and start again, also I cannot enter any nutrition food logs, it is like a blank page that do not respond to any input. Can you help ?

  • Profile create not working

    Trying to make my profile and when I click next it doesn’t take me to the next page of profile creating it stays on the page with my name and age

    Hi Jack and thank you for reaching out. Go Life is intended for individuals that are at least 18 years old. If the birthdate you insert implies an age that is lower, the profile setup can not continue. Hope this helps and pray feel free to contact us at customercare@sbsmobile.com for further support.   • Doesn’t work on iPad (WiFi model)

    Bought skipping rope and dumbbells for my daughter had issues with app no being on App Store, after numerous emails, I got to the bottom of it, needs GPS to work WiFi only iPad doesn’t have this! Wasted time and money, trying to get refund now

    Thank you for reaching out. Go Life does not require GPS and can be installed on WiFi only iPads. Dumbbells and skipping rope can be used while running Go Life on an iPad.   • Not clear

    I don’t understand how I work this app it’s confusing.

    Firstly I can’t make any understanding of the nutrition part of the app , it don’t seem to work.

    Secondly when I Use the barcode scanner for adding food to daily intake it doesn’t find any results for any food.

    Some further guidance on the use of the app would be of benefit.

If you can't find a food item through the barcode, try searching it using simple keyword search, you may often find similar or generic foods that are just fine for reporting.   • The app is not working

    I bought the smartband about 6 months ago and stopped using it for a period of time so obviously deleted the app,got it back today and won’t let me press any buttons
    I really used to like it but that’s why it’s only got 4 stars

  • Not so smart skipping rope

    The skipping rope isn’t charging properly so I am unable to switch it on. The app doesn’t have anything to let me try and sync the skipping rope either.
