“Helps” you losing business
This is a horrible application, lots of bugs and crashes. Have to try everything over and over, at this point I don’t even bother using it any longer, use the desktop version instead. Which is also horrible to handle and the software, overall, is BAD.Developer Response

This is the worst CRM I have ever used. Just don’t do it. Go use a piece of paper and manually do track your membership, you are better off.Developer Response

This app’s usability is terrible. I’ve already called to complain and for as much as I’m paying to run my gym’s memberships, it should be a top of the line app with no glitches. The usability should include accessing member info that we get through the desktop site. I’m not always stuck at my computer. I’m with members. Checking in people is so slow. So many glitches. This seriously needs a huge update. I wish I could give 0 stars.Show lessDeveloper Response
