Please activate your WLAN settings in the configuartion menu of the camera at first. Next step would be to disconnect any WLAN connection to the internet in your Smartphone. You will find in your WLAN setting in the smartphone a list of possible devices. PLease connect here to the camera. After that you can open up your Thermography app and you can import your picture and start to use the app function. I hope this help you. Your testo team!
