    Faults advertisement.
They only tells you half of the truth and all the fine prints comes later.

Lost $90 to them back in 2020 due to the pandemic. They refused to refund customers for prepaid meals one never get to use due to lockdown. And keep charging my credit cards for renew. So I close the account. I should’ve known better to reactivate my account in 2023. It was by mistake. On their website trying to learn more about their plans by clicking the selection they charged my Credit Card instantly. Should have requested a refund back then. But they were advertising you can rollover unused credit to the next month and you wouldn’t get charged again until you point is less than 10. So I decided to give them a try. But there is a lot of fine print they don’t tell you. You rollover points is capped by your plan. If you change to a lower plan, you will lose your points. They don’t actually only renew your subscription until you have 10 points or less but whatever come 1st 30 days or 10 points less. Don’t sign up.

I enjoy the premise of buying a subscription of meals for lunch but I do not enjoy MP structure or lack of transparency of billing. I’m canceling after basically 2 rounds of meals due to the shadiness— There is no way to check billing history. When I decided to place my account on hold after being charged for a month, I did not know that I would forfeit all my credits I just paid for and there was no warning before doing so. When I went to use the credits I thought I had, my account was locked and I was told I needed to pay for more. To reactivate a “courtesy rollover”, I had to purchase another month’s worth of meals and then had 2 months of credit that was an impossible task to finish before the month renewed. This just does not work.

Aside from the billing experience, my meal experience was so-so. The app is fine, but after a few meals I struggled to find variation in the selection and it was always the same meals from the same few places— most places available I would not want to get meals from. Would not recommend if you have any concern for healthy finances.
  • Must have!

The good: - incredible number of food choices and restaurants - very responsive and accommodating live customer service - the savings are mind boggling - the roll over plans is super good - a lot of the meals are good size and some are even large - you are given a time window that you can chose to reserve and pick up your food What they need to improve on: - some of the restaurants listed are NOT part of the program actually, so call before deciding what to eat, to confirm - often the photo of the meal will NOT match the actual food (example in the photo it is white rice, but the meal comes with yellow rice, a deal breaker for me) - though you have reserved a meal, if it is later in the day, more OFTEN than not they would have ran out of that meal, and you will have to chose something else (again a deal breaker for me) - sometimes the restaurant will be closed, for one reason or another, but they don’t give you heads up, so when you are on lunch break and have 30-60 min for lunch, and are put in a situation of last minute changes, or having to scramble for lunch, EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!! Final verdict: - get this app if you are NOT a foodie, NOT picky with your food and have other lunch alternatives than this app! - DO NOT GET this app if you have limited lunch break, are a foodie, or get easily frustrated!
