Scam
Overall have had a terrible experience with this app:
The reservation system itself is faulty: Very first time using it, made a reservation only to show up at the restaurant and be told I did not have one. (Do not book for a meal with anyone you care about!)
Gave them another chance and completed the requirements to receive a bonus reward, only for them to remove it, say I had missed the deadline when in fact the terms were not clear, and act like they were doing a special favor by honoring it.
But the worst part: Ultimately all the effort I put in with them was worthless because they bury in their T&Cs that rewards “expire” after 90 days of inactivity. So you can spend months or years building up rewards, only to have a balance worth tens or hundreds of dollars (or more) reduced to $0 if you have other life priorities come up for 3 months, as I did.
I reached out to their customer service team who was unsympathetic and sent me a blanket denial response that I now see others here have received as well.
Ultimately, I cannot do business with a shady company with terrible customer service, so will be deleting the app and recommending my friends do the same. A quick glance at their current local restaurant listings shows it’s shrunk dramatically in the last few months (my favorite places aren’t even on there anymore), so does not look like I’ll be missing much.

I’ve had this app since covid times when they had the option for delivery and pickup. Now it’s just reservation. It’s honestly not big of a deal, until I had a reservation with five of my friends and there was an issue with the receipt, okay no biggie. They asked me for proof of credit card purchase. So its about a week and half of waiting, they told me they couldn’t honor it. Next thing you know my account is blocked and they’re refusing to give me a reason, saying I violated their TOS like what bro. App went down hill ever since. The only reason this app is like a 4.6 across all the reviews is because back then they were offering promos to keep everyone happy and people left a review, but now it’s done, and they barely help out or offer anything. I swear to god, app is so bad, great concept, but whatever. TLDR: good app in the past, had promos and offers, now it’s awful customer service, long time to get receipt approved, and they will lie to your face. You welcome.Show lessScam
I have accumulated almost $600 in rewards and they took it away because my account was inactive for 3 months. I never knew of this policy change. I was never notified and when I reach out to customer service, they said they emailed it once and extended the deadline for me. I never received the email from them nor a text message, which I usually do for promotions. In the past they had lots of restaurant listed on the app but not so much anymore. It was easy to get points for walk-in reservation in the past, but now there are blackout time where you can not make a walk in reservation during busy hours. You are basically selling your information when you submit your receipts. The receipts shows what you order, time and date of when you dine/ take out, restaurants address, and payment method/credit card information. If you don’t have the receipts you need to provide your credit card statement to verify. The customer service team keeps saying they are sorry to hear about it and that they value my feedback but nothing is being done. I just want my rewards money back.Show less
