Oh how I love Peet’s
I absolutely love Peet's Coffee. I started drinking coffee a year ago, and since then, no other brand has captured my taste and appreciation quite like Peet's. The richness and taste of their coffee are unparalleled, providing a depth of flavor that I have yet to find elsewhere. Each cup is consistently superb, making every visit a delight.
Additionally, I find the aesthetics of Peet's coffee shops to be particularly appealing. They have a welcoming and cozy ambiance that enhances the coffee-drinking experience. Nearly all the locations I have visited are thoughtfully designed, creating a perfect environment for relaxation, work, or socializing.
The quality of Peet's Coffee, combined with the inviting atmosphere of their shops, makes it my preferred choice. There is truly no other coffee brand that I enjoy more than Peet’sShow lessTest your app before pushing updates
I love Peet’s, but this app is so poorly done that makes me want to go Starbucks!
It’s simple… don’t fix what’s not broken. Don’t change your UI and rearrange things for no reason. I was to be able to go into the app and order a coffee while on the go. I have to go through 10 steps to get my coffee ordered. That’s assuming that app has not logged me out and refuse to let me back in. No issues with my user password, the app just doesn’t let you login while I can log in via website.
I called the support team, and they made me uninstall the app two times and change my password a few times, before telling me that it was me and they couldn’t help me. Without doing anything at my end, the next day the let’s me login and everything started working for 1 week. Today, the same story.. I can login.

This is one of the worst customer sites that I’ve experienced. It seems like they hired some website designers and told them to do their best to drive the customers away. It would take too long to describe all of the vast portions of this mess. An example, When you finally do get through the 20 questions maze, you are connected to some girl in New Delhi whose 4th language is English and neither of you can understand the other. And, she will argue with you about every detail of your problem. You will finally hang up and go find some other source for coffee. I hope that the execs at Peets will hire an outside firm to independently and critically give Peets the advice they need to revamp this horrible online website. It should be like most of the other major retailers where I sign on and can automatically reorder my wife’s favorite coffee. Why do you make that so difficult?Show less
