It’s really awesome app, I can found any food, what my body need and also advise others and helpful for my blog.
Can’t click the vitamins and minerals
It would be nice to click the vitamins and minerals when you look at food benefits. I want click from Milk and click beta carotene to know what beta carotene is and how it is good for me. All it says is antioxidant and that’s it. It should say what antioxidants do like fight free radicals and contribute to healthy skin and anti aging benefits.

This app could have the potential to be a great tool but currently not worth the payment as it is missing a lot of main fruit, veg, seeds and lots of other items.☹️☹️

I have just installed this APP and quickly looked at it and it is just what I was looking for very pleased with it and look forward to using it
Portion sizes
It would be great if there was an option to use oz., Tablespoon or cup size portions. (Directions would be nice too.)

Hello, thanks for your feedback. In the new version, there is a new option to set the quantity of food for each item. You can set it in the new settings section (option available : 1oz / 100mg).
