I hate it when an app gives you a comparison chart of their subscription plans & they mention "FREE" but you can't actually select that. Another APP looking to charge you $$$ annually and another app that I downloaded, installed, opened and deleted within 1 minute of opening. Save yourself some time & don't bother.

Best Video App
Even an old timer can use it! So easy
Glitchy & doesn’t work
I bought this app just to use the teleprompter function and paid for a subscription, less than a few weeks in I am requesting a refund. Where do I start in my list of issues!
The app is so glitchy it will randomly not load up videos for editing on your phone.
The captions occasionally will load but mostly not.
I have contacted support a few times without any assistance.
The help videos do not load & if you search for a help topic it doesn’t work.
The live training they offer gets cancelled last minute.
Uploaded videos to be edited on a laptop have a delay between video and audio.
Stay away from this app if you are using it to make timely videos, I run a small business and do not have time to wait 2-3 hours to edit a video - which is literally just trimming the beginning and end, and adding captions.
I haven’t even used all the features because it is so difficult and unreliable. Find a different app and don’t waste your money here!

Great customer service
I had a couple of issues when first downloading the app. It appears it just need a little bit of time. The next date was working fine but in the meantime I had messaged not expecting a reply till the next day but I’ve got a reply straight away with some tips to fix, but ultimately it was fixed by the next day anyway great customer service thank you so much

Super quick support
Everything was working great when I did the free trial. Then I subscribed to the Starter Subscription via the iPhone app, and it didn’t work properly. I emailed support and they answered back in less than an hour - and the problem was resolved.

ABSOLUTE TRASH. Doesn’t do what it claims
First of all, you need a paid version to get the videos off the app to the computer. 2: after 3 hours of trying, they finally started uploading to the cloud to get them off the app. 3: they upload very slowly. 4: if you leave the app it restarts. SO, it won’t load in the background. 5: doesn’t seem to be a way to edit clips like a regular video editor. It only trims beginning and end. What’s the point of that. 6: now I tried to add subtitles and it keeps giving me errors. This is the worst app I have ever used. Don’t waste your time.
And I recorded a bunch of takes through the app. Which were then stuck on there. In order to download them to use another app you have to upgrade so you can add them to cloud then download. I did fee trial and canceled right away.

More Bugs than Summer in Minnesota
I was very drawn in by the promises and ease of what this app offered. Very slick marketing and some potentially very innovative in integrations. What I found was some of the simplest things such as just recording a video on your iPhone outside of recording in their own app and then trying to add subtitles or even your company logo more times than not did not work. I know less than five separate occasions reaching out to the Technical Support they said they would review and get into it and get back to me. That never happened. This is gone on several times where the Technical Support literally is nonexistent. I would have stayed with this app if they simply would’ve corrected many of the bugs and had the professionalism to just respond with the issues that were going on which were backed up by the videos sent to them. On camera they’re very persuasive, but behind the scenes is a completely different story. At this point, I cannot recommend this app and actually requested a refund.
