You can’t make the app of which main premise is to scan a barcode form the book and not be able to scan a barcode from the book!philip1298
App only works with London and NY
I see from other reviews that this app is horrible. I downloaded the app to use with my French Phrase Book and the only options are London and New York. There is no option to add another language or location.skdhfngjr

Doesn’t work
Scanned the book code to unlock walls but audio guide “download failed”. Tried several things including deleting the app and downloading again, but no change. And it looks from the comments here that this isn’t a new issuesvrphnx

Such a disappointment that whilst the books are so good this (excellent idea) free walking door simply doesn’t work. Brand new NYC book. Brand new app download and the barcode won’t scan. Also to download the ‘free’ walks you have to buy the london guide! Why would I want a london guide when I live there and want to know about NYC? Come on guys you’re better than this ….Show lessedp22

Bought brand new 2022 New York guide and doesn’t even scan barcode, so totally pointless. They should be done for false advertising!!Kumbers
