A very good app with a few bugs.
This has been a great tool for me for 4 years. I appreciate how it is accessible with the VoiceOver screen reader. However, I just got an iPhone SE and the shaker will not pair with it for some reason. I have an iPod Touch that it still works with so I will use it with that but it appears to not work with newer iPhones on iOS 16. The battery-powered alarm won't either.

Buggiest thing I’ve ever purchased
Bluetooth doesn't work
I am very pleased with the actual alarm clock, but it's a bummer the bluetooth on the app doesn't work. The clock only has 2 possible alarms set, and i was hoping to have more via the app.
Useless
I was able to get the app to connect to my alarm for one day and then it never worked again. I’m a healthcare professional that takes call so the ability to wake for calls and texts in the middle of the night is something I absolutely must have. I’m a long time user of their products, over 20 years, but this one is absolutely useless. Will be looking into other options. Wish I could give this zero stars. Do not buy this alarm!

Cool idea but it needs some work
I like having the ability to control when my alarms with go off but I wish I had more options and control over details like what kind of vibrations happen, how long snooze is, and the alarm duration. Overall, the app just needs more work. It’s a cool idea initially though.

Need fix update apps about Bluetooth connect or my plug Bluetooth
Once you set it, you’ll never forget it
After you set the alarm, it’s impossible to turn off or I haven’t found the off button on the app, and it’s not very clear how to turn off.
It’s pretty good
I saw the other reviews tearing this little device apart. Used it for about 2 weeks now... it’s working for me but there was one time I had the repair it randomly. I just don’t see anywhere to hit snooze or turn the devices alarm off once it has stared going off. It has kept me getting up, I have been staying up till 2am and needed something to jolt me awake. My wife bought it I’m glad she did, I’m sure my boss it happy also. ;)

Never connects like it is supposed to. Tired of trying to set it. Too bad, I had high hopes!!!

This product and app are in need of serious revisions and reworking if this company ever intends to be proud of what they’re selling here.
