Issues with pairing
I got it to pair up with my iPhone once or twice, after that I could never get the product to connect again. I tried everything including deleting/re-installing the app. I don’t have any issues with other electronics that pair via Bluetooth. There should be a dedicated button to reset the pairing without having to go through the set up process again. Junk.

Unreliable
When this works it’s great, but unfortunately, it’s not reliable. Why doesn’t company fix the issues?
Was good at first& now won’t work
I purchased the sonic bomb that you set the alarm in your phone . At first it worked great - vibrating woke me up . Now after having for about 6 months or less it is not vibrating when the alarm goes off . So doesn’t do me much good for getting up !!
I even deleted the app & put it back on thinking it might help - no joy . Very disappointed as I really liked the size & figured it would be good for travel as well as home .

Buyer beware
Product used with this app did not work as advertised. Maybe it was because of this next to useless app. I do not recommend this product of app.
Crappy app connectivity
I’d agree the app connectivity is poor. After spending a good 30 minutes trying to get the app to re-pair after connection issues, I thought of finding the device in Bluetooth list and chose “forget device” and only then was I able to repair the device quickly.
Not worth the headache
The app controls nothing ended up throwing the bed shaker away, just disappointed in this due to the fact there not much opinions for hard of hearing alarm clocks
Please update (deaf surgical tech)
I’m deaf and do not have the ability to wake up on call when this app constantly has issues! Every time I go in I always get the same notification “device busy” when will it end. I can’t even set an alarm! People pay money for this alarm with an app that doesn’t even work. I’m desperate I need a job! Fix this issue! This app hasn’t been updated in 9 months, that is atrocious. Take the alarm off the market or fix your app.

it's not pairing with my phone
i have had this alarm for almost a year and every month or so when i try to connect the alarm to the app without fail it says it could not connect to my sonic bomb. i also can't figure out how to even set the time normally because the alarm is so confusing. any help would be appreciated.
Setting alarm
I have trouble setting the alarm. It keeps giving me a message Device busy. It is quite frustrating to set the alarm everyday and to delete the previous alarms that I no longer need. I have to reboot my phone every time and sometimes that doesn’t work. Now doesn’t work at all. I tried everything.
