Don’t waste your time, money, or GB space
But it gets to the point where you can’t do anything without purchasing energy or gems to use for energy or dynamite. I didn’t mind this until a point. That point would be during a special event, I reached a certain point to earn rewards. I clicked the claim button and the game glitched, again, and I didn’t receive anything when it reloaded. This was an issue I was ignoring due to my enjoyment, but I was tired of not being able to receive and use the rewards to get farther along in the game. So I sent a message to support and they stated that the game log shows the rewards were “loaded into [my] account”. That’s great, but that does not mean I actually received them. I politely explained my frustration and said that I didn’t receive anything. The response I got was a screenshot and essentially “look, the log says right here you got them”.
I am truly disappointed with how this was handled, especially as someone who didn’t mind spending money every so often to further enjoy a game. I don’t do that for every game I play, only the ones I enjoy playing throughout the day. I will be cancelling my monthly subscription for bonuses/faster energy regeneration/etc. and I will be deleting the app after posting this.

Updates are NOT an Improvement
I’m sure I’ll get one of your auto 3-4 replies on this and that nobody reads these reviews or has any intention of listening to their customers feedback.
Might be deleting after many years of fun, if the graphics don’t get restored to their original and more realistic form.

Fun, but…
It’s still a game that I would recommend, I just hope they change that one issue in the future.
