Don’t waste your time, money, or GB space

This game is fun, but you slowly need more and more energy to complete tasks. This is fine and makes sense as you level up. I enjoy games like this.

But it gets to the point where you can’t do anything without purchasing energy or gems to use for energy or dynamite. I didn’t mind this until a point. That point would be during a special event, I reached a certain point to earn rewards. I clicked the claim button and the game glitched, again, and I didn’t receive anything when it reloaded. This was an issue I was ignoring due to my enjoyment, but I was tired of not being able to receive and use the rewards to get farther along in the game. So I sent a message to support and they stated that the game log shows the rewards were “loaded into [my] account”. That’s great, but that does not mean I actually received them. I politely explained my frustration and said that I didn’t receive anything. The response I got was a screenshot and essentially “look, the log says right here you got them”.

I am truly disappointed with how this was handled, especially as someone who didn’t mind spending money every so often to further enjoy a game. I don’t do that for every game I play, only the ones I enjoy playing throughout the day. I will be cancelling my monthly subscription for bonuses/faster energy regeneration/etc. and I will be deleting the app after posting this.

Scams game steal my money

It's a scam. It's been stealing money from me. I downloaded the app in 2021. But I didn't use any paid services until this year 2024. I deleted it a few weeks ago, but today, I suddenly found that it continues to charge my card. That's totally impossible to do when I've deleted it. When I checked my history again, I found that it had been stealing my money since I downloaded it, and also, there were a lot of questionable deductions after I used the paid service. This is simply terrible, I will try to see how to report this game, please do not download this money stealing game!!

False advertising

This game is isn’t at all whats shown on the adds how you drag to get stuff then get money and build things, this game is already pre built and it’s a land where you need to follow a path and use energy to clear the path to find items absolutely disappointing

Could be fun, but the low key racism is too distracting.

I've been playing the game for all of 24hrs, and so far Indigenous people have names like "Dull Echo", and there was an interaction between an Indigenous woman, "Silent Shadow" and a white engineer where the Indigenous woman mentioned "angry spirits" and the engineer says "oh you mean the electromagnetic (something-or-other)" and the Indigenous woman replies "I don't know, sounds too complicated to me"...like, maybe I'm wrong, but it sure seems like no Indigneous people were involved in this at all and it shows.

NOT THE SAME AS ADVERTISED

I saw an ad for this while playing another game. This is not the same game that was advertised at all. The game in general sucks!

Not the game it used to be

6 months ago I would have awarded an easy 4 stars, pushing 5 but the most recent updates are, in my opinion, spoiling what was an excellent game. For reasons that are beyond me the developers have been slowly replacing the game graphics for new, very cartoony and childish ones…I have no idea why but I very much preferred the original style. The game used to have lots of permanent story linked maps but we have only had one addition recently, I suspect the developers have pretty much given up on this part of the game preferring instead to provide an endless run of temporary maps that are around for about a week and which are so big that there is very little chance to complete them without spending large sums of real money. Alongside the newer temporary maps are other side mini activities running at the same time, there is now so much activity that it is becoming increasingly difficult to see what is going on in the home space due to all the icons that are linked to these activities. In the most recent update the developers have also reduced the opportunity to gain extra energy by moving the collection away from the animals to the order board which means that not only will there be less energy to gather but it will also cost resources as well. Thankfully I have pretty much completed the main permanent maps and haven’t felt the need to buy anything from the game in a while, I’m already searching for a replacement.

Updates are NOT an Improvement

I have played this game religiously since the beginning and there are only a few games I can say that about. I usually download and delete most because they are not as advertised. What sets this game apart from most were the beautiful graphics. Slowly they have been updating the graphics on the items you make, like vegetables and dairy products etc. And the graphics are hideous and cartoonish compared to the actual game itself. Today I started playing and there must have been a major update that changed the look, feel, colors of everything you have to click on. There’s a garish white background on certain features and the store board where you sell goods. It’s like two different games overlayed on each other and it’s totally lost its charm! Undue the update and put it back the way it was and stop fixing things that aren’t broke. We play this game because it is different from all the other games out there with terrible graphics. And be more generous with the energy. I feel like everything takes longer than it used to and you get less.

I’m sure I’ll get one of your auto 3-4 replies on this and that nobody reads these reviews or has any intention of listening to their customers feedback.

Might be deleting after many years of fun, if the graphics don’t get restored to their original and more realistic form.

Fun, but…

I actually like this game. It’s fun to play and they aren’t overly greedy like most games are nowadays. The big problem I’m having is that it’s really hard to get trowels. Even when I earn a reward that gives you tools every 20 minutes, for a limited amount of time, it only gives me saws and hammers. The only way I’m able to get trowels is through the order board which gets harder and harder to get to the rewards each time you complete it. From the last update, they changed how the order board works. It used to be that random orders would earn you tools. Now, you get points for every order you complete, easy orders only give you 5-10 points per order and more difficult orders will get you 30-45ish points per order. You don’t get rewards until you earn 250ish points at first, then it goes up every time you hit the points goal. You don’t get enough tools as a reward. There are supposed to be all these ways to get tools, but they always give me hammers and saws. Or I will get a bunch of hammers and saws and only one trowel. The reason it’s so frustrating is because several things require materials that you can’t craft without the trowel. So it’s hard to craft buildings, fulfill orders, complete tasks, etc. so that makes the game less fun.

It’s still a game that I would recommend, I just hope they change that one issue in the future.

Enjoyable but….

Refuses to load frequently and periodically crashes. Too many events running simultaneously so need to choose. Oh and the constant ads to watch in order to get bonuses is frustrating. The concept is great and aside from the annoyances is quite enjoyable
