Worked flawlessly till IOS13
iOS 13 arrived and the app stopped connecting to my car. I’ve removed repaired and done all the usual it works once in maybe 10 starts then nothing for another 10 or so. Seems support may have been dropped since the new model Ghost 2 has been released
Update... Spoke to Autowatch and was advised the tech guy would be told as I was the 3rd customer that week with the ios13 issues. It’s been a few weeks since and no updates. Disappointing seen as we paid £10 for this app on top of £400 for the immobiliser

It was working until get the ios 13 now it’s stopped working. £400 system plus £10 app but they still don’t want to do update for ios13. Also why is the app cost £10. Ppl pay £400 but they still want to charge for the appBigtimewazer

Instructions are a bit confusing. I phoned Autowatch and the guy was great. He ran me through the process which took less than 5 mins. Up to now I have had no issues. Well worth £9.99gasgeek.com
Ghost app
Downloaded this, doesn’t work, alarm installer couldn’t get it to work even after speaking to tech department for nearly an hour. 4 days later £9.99 is still pending and causing issues with iTunes payments. Not happy , waste of time.Leevo69

Hardly connects
Iv had this installed today, and 80% of the time it does not connect. When it does it’s perfect. I’m guessing it needs and update as two more iOS 11 updates have come out since release.

This has turned out worse than before. Connects online and offline, but only 1 out of 10 times it actually connects!! Causes system faults to show on dash. Twice it’s cut my car out like it’s in the valet mode, utter embarrassment in traffic trying to get going. I truly regret buying this now!!Show lessDevastator2011
