Hello, the purpose of customs real-name authentication is to use the certified mobile phone number to replace personal information for customs declaration operators to declare imports, so as to prevent personal information from being imported by unscrupulous operators. If it is inconvenient to use real-name authentication, you can still follow the non-real-name method. When importing, directly contact your customs broker to obtain a paper authorization letter and handle customs clearance with the paper authorization. Thank you.Terrible
have had several packages sent to me from the US. Every time I had to re-register my account; which failed every time. So I had to contact EZ way to register my account. Again, I got a package last week but I went directly to UPS on Monday in Jhong He to register the package and confirm it. Package still not here and I am getting a request from the EZ way app to register on the app. I must say, this is not “EZ WAY” at all. You need to get someone who knows what they are doing to FIX the bugs in you app. TERRIBLEDeveloper Response

Unfortunately, the app is not working properly. My ID or won’t scan or won’t be recognized. The app likes to crash all the time without finishing the whole process of registration. I’ve tried more than 10 times. I’ve noticed multiple users having same issues… for years. Because of that I can’t use the app and accept packages. Please, fix the system asap.Developer Response
