This app is a completely scam. It is not even owned by the government; it’s operated by a private firm that seeks to collect sensitive personal information. The registration process will never be completed because it was never meant to be. This is a very clever trick to make you believe something is ongoing, but who knows what their true intentions are.

Hello, the purpose of customs real-name authentication is to use the certified mobile phone number to replace personal information for customs declaration operators to declare imports, so as to prevent personal information from being imported by unscrupulous operators. If it is inconvenient to use real-name authentication, you can still follow the non-real-name method. When importing, directly contact your customs broker to obtain a paper authorization letter and handle customs clearance with the paper authorization. Thank you.have had several packages sent to me from the US. Every time I had to re-register my account; which failed every time. So I had to contact EZ way to register my account. Again, I got a package last week but I went directly to UPS on Monday in Jhong He to register the package and confirm it. Package still not here and I am getting a request from the EZ way app to register on the app. I must say, this is not “EZ WAY” at all. You need to get someone who knows what they are doing to FIX the bugs in you app. TERRIBLE

I’ve tried more than 10 times. I’ve noticed multiple users having same issues… for years. Because of that I can’t use the app and accept packages. Please, fix the system asap.

I get emails from DHL saying my package is in customs, but the app doesn’t have data for my package…I email the app and no response…I try to use the AI chat, it has no idea what I am talking about. Still no solution. It is basically a complicated way to make sure you never get your packages

Thank you.While scanning ID the app can detect conditions such as shadows and reflection and advice users to make adjustments so the results are perfect. Despite complicated government regulations the app made it easy for me to get my package without going out or to fill out any paper version of paperwork. It’s a very well built app.

Sadly no choice but to use this app for import to Taiwan, but whomever developed it should be ashamed at how poorly it is made.

Hello, customs real-name authentication is required to link with the Republic of China's nationality ID card and ARC/APRC card-style residence permit. Therefore, please provide the relevant document numbers above. If it is inconvenient to authenticate, you can still proceed without authentication. When importing, please directly contact your customs broker to obtain a hard copy of the power of attorney and process the paper-based customs clearance. Thank you.This is a bad piece of software that will never get better unfortunately. You have to use it, so why would they bother?

您好，海關實名認證的用意，是以認證後的手機門號取代個資供報關業者進口申報，以避免個資遭不肖業者冒名進口，如不便實名，仍可依未實名方式，進口時直接聯繫您的報關業者索取紙本的委任書，辦理紙本委任清關，謝謝。The only reason this app hasn’t been removed due to how poor its quality is, is because it’s protected by a government monopoly and must be used. I don’t think I convey how frustrating it is to use and know there is no alternative.

On multiple occasions my wife has had packages go missing or arrive damaged. Each time we have to go through the app and its corresponding customer service. Each time we receive the same “we will look into it” response. We ask, how long this will take? We are told, they cannot tell us.
I tried to register for the app, but the app does not recognize the back of a APRC card. I have tried various different format and methods. Nothing works and there is no way forward.
This is a classic example of bureaucracy ruining the day.
