i needed this application to clear my shipments from Taobao to Taiwan. i tried to do real name authentication but it doesnt work. it says go to settings maintenanence upload photos and info and request telecom verification. there is NO telecom verification buttonCombatfisher

Follow all instructions to register and no mistake but fail to move to next , should be easy and simplekcavantime

Can’t believe an international shipping company (DHL) informed me in an email that I should use this app to have my package processed at Taiwan customs. Poorly designed and unprofessional.ptwittig
