Absolute garbage!
How can Taiwan govt expect any foreign nationals to send parcels with value through this declaration process. It takes Taiwan back to Stone Age!.@.@.!

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Considering how crucial EZWay is for importing goods into Taiwan, you’d think that someone would have designed a clear, easy to use app. Nope! This is an embarrassment to Taiwan.jcasillasnyc
It’s complicated
After never receiving one shipment in October, I finally was able to get a package cleared through customs using EZway, but that would never have happened without several Emails and a few hours dealing with a kind woman’s help from FedEx. She had to walk me through the procedure to finally get it right. (Including screen shots) Even some of the terminology used by customs and the shipping companies are different than those used by EZway.
My last shipment that never cleared customs was from a different carrier who obviously had no clue as to how the app works. Can’t say I blame them.
Setting up the app takes way too long and changes that need to be made required an email to the developer.
The app misread my name on my ARC and would not let me change it.
I’m sure in time this app will be helpful to me but right now it’s a struggle.ilovelini

They log you out automatically and stop sending you notifications. So you just miss important shipments. The developers never listen to the complaints and actually fix the issues, and instead just tell the customers to work around their bad design and bad engineering.RayLillywhite
Terrible app, waste of time.
The app is embarrassingly bad. It constantly fails to read your ID correctly. It wasted a huge amount of my time trying to get it to record the correct ID information and name.Colin_in_Asia

您好，拍攝證件時，請將手機打橫拍攝，再以螢幕黃框對齊證件四邊，並注意證件請勿反光、過暗、遮罩導致無法辨識，如此系統即可自動擷取您的證件照片，如擷取之ID與姓名與您實際資料不符時，系統會請您確認，請修正資料送出即可，謝謝。Change ARC number

A Lot of Technical Issues
This app is the worst. It doesn’t allow you to change ID number although different information on my ID is detected. Can’t use prepaid card as my contact number. A lot of restrictions don’t make sense. I canceled my order because of this app. Please make sure your app is functioning properly before making it a requirement for any imported goods otherwise you’re just harming the local e-commerce business.uqndz

Dears,the ID number can't be changed,so please signup by your correct ID number,and the APP does not restrict prepaid cards from being authenticated.
