Won’t save progress
Final update. App won't let puzzles open
When exactly will you check my app and fix it? It does not load pieces on iPhone or iPad. I'm so disappointed as I've accumulated almost 50,000 points, and more than 3,000 crystals. Not to mention all the puzzles I've purchased Ann's downloaded. But I can't do the puzzles because they won't load. Please follow up on your statement to fix.
Update: you replied that you would fix my account so that puzzles pieces would appear. When will that happen?
I've enjoyed this app for years now, with various glitches along the way. This time, though, I'm really annoyed. I've accumulated numerous coins and crystals. I use them to buy puzzles and packs, of which I have many, but I've actually paid money, too.
Now, when I want to play a puzzle, it simply doesn't load. It opens the background, but no pieces appear. The same thing on iPhone and iPad.
I don't want to uninstall for fear of losing everything, but if you can't play the game, who good is it?
I've sent an email requesting help, but received no reply. So now issuing my worst rating ever.

It’s Happening Again
I would click on “free coins”, then “+1 Crystal Free” or the “gift”, where usually a short ad plays and I get a free crystal, I got a message saying there were no ads available and to try again later. This happened for over a week before I wrote my original review.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: This had been fixed, but now it’s happenin again! No ads available to watch to earn coins and/or diamonds. 😔 Please fix!!!
