Dreadful app & support: consider banking elsewhere
After applying for a Community Business account for a charity run by volunteers, this app failed to work with my correct credentials to allow me to register for online banking. After 3 calls (30+min wait time each time) I “failed” the security login because I couldn’t answer who on the account had called in to the support line, or which standing orders or DD had been set up despite telling the operative that I couldn’t get access to the account to determine this information and I was not the main applicant). Support is dreadful and I was refused permission to be put through to a manager. My complaint can only be posted (not emailed) to me and I was told in advance it would not be upheld. Seriously consider banking elsewhere (as we are now).Show lessMoj01

I have installed this app, spent, I don’t know how long before my banking app gave up the ghost and locked my account. Spent 1 hour and 20 minutes on the phone to a lovely customer service advisor, to no avail.
Would give it zero stars if I could. Total waste of time & effort. Still waiting for a call from IT department to help me to get access to my account. Totally shocking.Show lessYI infuriated

Use this for work to join the VPN.
Had to move to it from the older app. It works fine but it really needs a next code button so you don’t have to wait for the current to expire before getting a new onedantgk1
