App does not work!!!!! Frustrating!!!!!
I do not understand why Black and Decker charged so much for this crock pot when they sold it, (and I bought it 🙄) and they can’t maintain the app that runs it!! Why did we all overpay for a Wi Fi crockpot, if they were not going to maintain the app and it is now just rendered a regular crock pot??? I could have saved $100 and just bought a normal crock pot!! For all the people that bought this thing, you think they could update the app so it keeps working!! Black and Decker makes a wonderful product that lasts for years… but apparently the app that runs it lasts way shorter than the actual product!! Beyond frustrated with this!!!! Horrible App, Decent Slow Cooker
The app for this slow cooker is horrible. It was never great to begin with, but has gotten worse. I’ve not been able to connect it to my WiFi over the last couple of years no matter how many times I tried. It just gets stuck during setup. I decided to try again today since I’m using the slow cooker. I reset my password and it won’t take the new password (I know I’m typing it correctly) so I tried to reset again with something a bit shorter. Now every time I open the app it crashes before I can even get to the login screen. The app is not usable which means the WiFi capabilities of the slow cooker are pointless. The slow cooker works fine, but when I bought it, I bought it for the smart home capabilities and I can’t even use it. Definitely don’t recommend.Show lessPrincessslaina01
No longer works
Literally only got this crockpot over other brands because of the Wi-Fi feature. It worked great the first year or so I got it and then randomly the app just crashed and won’t even open anymore. Uninstalled and reinstalled as suggested and it won’t even open now. The crockpot itself is still good but now without the app/Wi-Fi feature there’s no point in having it when I can get a better crockpot with more features. Great while it lasted but now the app and feature is just not usable and quite disappointingShow lessCourt!!!!!!!
