Having issues with the calendar loading in the app after the most recent update, app worked fine before that.
Needs some work
App needs more frequent updates to the calendar as it doesn’t match the website calendar.
The seating chart does not allow you to zoom in to seat/box numbers but the one on the website does.
If you are going to publish an app it should be better than the website not worse.

Can’t forward tickets. Can’t add to wallet.
I downloaded the app bc Safari won’t open my account. Says “too many redirects.” Well it’s great to log in thru the app and see your bar code, but I there’s no option to send it to the person Im going with and no way to add it to my Apple wallet either. That’s not as big a deal, but one needs to be able to share the tickets when not arriving together.

Terrible app
This horrible app kicked me off the mobile ordering 4 times. Not worth the waste of time. I will not buy anything from this stone age venue.
Can’t login through Facebook
I an trying to retrieve my tickets in the app and there’s not an option to log in through Facebook in the app. In my account profile Incan’t change my password because I use Facebook to log in.
I tried to click on App Support and it takes me to a 404 error page.

Created a Hollywood Bowl account easily enough and the ticket portion of the app worked fine.
The food and wine portion...different story!! First, I don’t know why it makes you create a separate account. It wouldn’t let me sign in with my Bowl account. Kept saying no account existed even though I’d just bought tickets through it. Creating a new separate account, it kept telling me the new passwords weren’t matching when it asked me to confirm them....THEY WERE MATCHING!! I typed them EIGHT times! I then had to create a different one. It finally took them. Then I placed the order, filled out all the account details, added my credit card...the one in my regular Bowl account. Everything looked good so I submitted the order! “The credit card failed to process!” WHAT!!?? I tried to go back and see if anything had been incorrect but it threw me out and I had to start ALL OVER AGAIN!!
Tried again with a different card and got the same issue!! Gave up, got home and went to the site on my laptop! Finally all worked, cards accepted but order was “unapproved!” Now I’m getting close to the deadline and we’re going to a show for my daughter’s birthday and want the food to be delivered to the box for her!! Eventually, and after endless unanswered messages and calls, I connected with them. But seriously this app and its shenanigans cost me an hour and fifteen minutes of stressful time! Unready apps like this should not be released until they’re 100% working and tested each month!

Can’t keep me logged in. Hard to show your tickets at the concert while trying to login.

The mobile order pick up line takes longer than the regular line. The app may work for other things but there is no system in place at the bowl.
Bad update
The updated version is a major step back. The UI doesn’t scale properly with larger fonts enabled. Poor example of a ReactNative app.
The app doesn’t share web credentials with the web site to make it easier to login. It continually forces you to login every time to see my tickets. Why doesn’t it remember my login?
Put some effort into the app instead of just embedding web views.
