    My iPhone 12 Max Pro was working great with their app then they did their latest update. The app used to go to my cameras immediately but now error messages keep coming on screen. It then goes into searching for cameras then back to error & maybe locks in on the cameras I wanted. Horrible app & company. DO NOT BUY!!! This company is horrible & is also Chinese. Buyer Beware !

  • Not working

    All of a sudden play back has not worked for two month on a apple device. Contacted them said it was fixed but it wasn’t

  • Was not reliable and now does not work

    The app has been very inconsistent for a while. Now, it does not work at all. I don’t know if it needs an update for the latest iOS software, but it is very frustrating and I hope it is resolved soon. At this stage, I would never recommend it to anyone.

  • Slow and unreliable

    This app is terrible - this system was NOT cheap. I’ve used Nest, Wyze, Ring, Blink cams which all have fantastic apps that work flawlessly. Rarely can i bring up a live feed without force closing the app several times.....if you click on a notification it tells you the camera is offline. Developers, i strongly encourage you to download Nest app so you know how this is supposed to work.

  • Terrible

    Unlike their desktop app that is significantly better, this app is an embarrassment. Slow. Glitched (can't access settings in the app after you've configured it). And the owner really couldn't care less about customer feedback. The reviews tell the story. Don't waster your time!
  • Loved it until recently

    You used to be able to see motion in playback in a blue screen with yellow being the motion. Now it’s a white background. And you cannot see the yellow. I e tried emailing the company but no response
