Phone number
ALL phone numbers use (,) and -. There was no instructions for your format of all numbers with no dashes or parentheses. I almost gave up the order but I gave it one final try and success. It took me an hour to get the phone number entered. You need to have instructions!
Unhappy.
I have a fanatics credit card and $28+ in fan cash . I have a zero balance and $1000 in available credit as confirmed on the synchrony site. BUT YOUR SITE WOULD NOT TAKE YOUR OWN CARD. When I added it it came up as a discover card even thought is issued by Synchrony. What kind of scam are you running. Can’t access the fake fan cash or use your issued card. Why would I want your card if it is all useless

Do not buy
There are so many other reputable sites to spend your money. You will no receive your order. Things are being oversold with no future ship date, so your order is in limbo for weeks. Trying to get your money back is a hassle. Also, there are no updates sent to you about your orders so it’s up to you to make sure you receive your order or get your money back.

Military discount link doesn’t work
The Military and first responders discount link has not worked on the app for months and maybe more than a year. I called Fanatics about it, and they blamed somebody else, but no one has taken ownership and fixed the link!

Love the app but it crashes way too often. Also takes too long to load & I hate that I have to sign into the app every time I open it.
Not up to the standards
It does the job but it’s a terrible web view with no loading indicator so we can’t know if the page is actually loading. Moreover some links don’t work and you have to try multiple times before accessing the category you want. Just use the website.

I was able to order my Cowboys Jersey in fewer than 2 minutes. Easy and efficient. I also loved the Thanksgiving Day discount.
Unexpected delays with packages
Every-timeout order something that has to wait a couple extra weeks usually ends up getting delays for months and then I have to call to make sure I get a refund or store credit. If only you guys could email us when our package is going to take longer with and exceptional reason.
