Awful customer service
Just as in another review I found out on my own that my order was refunded because the payment was never captured – whatever that means – I finally get an email two weeks later after multiple calls to customer service who did not clearly understand why I was issued a refund— I asked them what they would do for me give the the poor customer experience and they said they would give me free shipping which I had already gotten – I asked for a $20 credit on a future order and they said no – great way to earn the respect of customers... so stay away and your merchandise from a more reputable company.

Can't save credit card
The app is fine until you get to paying for what you selected.
There is an error every time you try to save your credit card to your profile. Forces you to pay through PayPal.
Now just hope I get my stuff!!

Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a jersey about a week ago and I never heard an update about it. I finally contacted them today just to be told that they didn't "capture my payment". That's cool, a heads up would have been nice. I took my business elsewhere.
Terrible Customer Service
Ordered a jersey on 9/10, after a week of the order status not being updated I called customer service and they alerted me that the payment was never captured. Had I not called to follow up I never would have known this. They can send spam on a daily basis but can't alert customers that there was a problem with their system capturing payments. The rep I spoke to said she can place the order again and adjust the price after the fact to the price I had originally purchased it for. This never happened. I got charged the full price and no record of the adjusted price. This app is now deleted from my phone. Terrible!

Best place to order
This is by far the safest and easiest way to order. I live in Canada and it comes right to my door. There allways good and have the right stuff. And they will return like Walmart does. Have used this site almost ten times. Go RAIDERS. HAD TO THROW THAT IN THERE. LOL
