Not sure why I did not receive the discount in the title. It seems that you have to continue through the purchase, which I did, to get an explanation. Seems a bit underhanded to me. I thought that everything was in order. Makes me not want to order anymore from this site.

No customer service! I bought a hat...it doesn’t fit. It says that their return policy is a year. It’s impossible to do a return. Live help doesn’t work. Calling doesn’t work. I’m very concerned this site isn’t the real deal and I got scammed. Take my advice!
Finding what you want
I punched in rams number 21 and this app can’t find RAMS #21! I think it should be able to find a players Jersey by team and number if you can’t do that maybe you should think about fixing it so it can do that! This app stinks
Shipping and restocking
I talked to a representative about restocking and the person was no help at all. I was unable to get free shipping even though the website is advertising free shipping with orders over 39$. I really wanted to get this jacket for my husband for Christmas and now I will be unable to do so because the size I need is sold out. Very disappointed with this website.

Awful customer service
As others have said, failed to capture my payment, and failed to notify me until I asked about my order. The item I wanted was sold out by the time the issue had been discovered. The rep I spoke to tried to blame my bank. Terrible customer service, worthless app.
