Jersey selection needs improvement
Horrible
I set up an account, spent about an hour choosing items, placed my order and when I checked on the site for my recent orders it wasn’t there, then I was logged off and was unable to log in again, said my info was wrong, wow. Luckily my money was refunded with no explanation as to why my order got canceled. I do will not recommend this site due to the fact that this is the second time it happens and costumer service is not very helpful at all. Use at your own risk. Never again will I try to use this.

Great NFL Shopping App
App is very easy to use and has many things to shop for your favorite team. Very easy to find what you want to shop for and a very easy app to use.
Disappointed
Placed an order on a Sunday morning. Noticed later that evening the the shipping address was wrong. Talked to a representative the next morning to change the shipping address. They tell me that they can’t change it. Mind you this is on a Monday and it’s not supposed to ship until Thursday. Representative tells me he will try and cancel the order. Nope can’t do that either. I get a email later that day that sorry but we can’t do anything for you. If you would like to return the item we would be happy to help you. How the heck I’m I supposed to return an item that I will never receive. $200 bucks down the drain. Thanks NFL Shops.
