Garbage app. No support from company.
The app worked briefly, then stopped working. I’ve tried deleting app and reinstalling, with no luck. App hasn’t been updated in three years. Tried calling Glideaway for assistance and no one answers the phone. This company’s customer service is a joke.

Give it three stars works well with the remote base came within the app works part ways with my base all the buttons on the app do t do the right adjustments
Doesn't work
We bought two twin Comfort bases (Odessa). The instructions said to download this app to control the beds using our phones. But "Odessa" is not supported by this app, which was last updated two years ago! I was able to connect the Bluetooth (although it wasn't obvious how) but if I choose another model from the drop down menu, then (not surprisingly) the buttons either do nothing, or something unrelated to the button's label. They should update the software to match the promises they made in the advertising and instructions. As it stands this is false advertising.

Won’t stay connected to Wi-Fi
Will not stay connected to Wi-Fi, must reinstall the bed to Wi-Fi every time I want to use the bed.
Doesn’t work with Odessa
We bought two Odessa bases with elevation under the assumption that this app could control them. False advertising! The app hasn’t been updated for a year and doesn’t support the new Odessa model at all. Buyer beware.
App wont connect
Plays music which is cool, but one of the selling points for me was the app. One less remote, when I already sleep with my phone and iPad next to my bed. Wont show any Bluetooth connection choices.
Will not connect
Same as above. Will not connect and does not show up in list available to connect to.
Recommend Potential Fix
Call Glideaway at (800) 428-5222 and ask for technical support. Make sure you are able to send them a copy of your receipt. They send a replacement bluetooth module in the mail and sent a tech to install it. It’s been working like a champ every since.
Doesn't connect
The Comfort Base is connects via Bluetooth and I can play music however the app says I'm not connected and brings up a list of Bluetooth devices, none of which are the comfort base. I've deleted the device removed the app rebooted downloaded the app and reconnected via Bluetooth but still the same thing.
