  • This company is a total scam!

    I ordered two pairs of shoes from END Clothing, and one pair was too big. When I tried to return them, I found out that return shipping is the customer's responsibility. I went to the post office, and the return cost was outrageous—almost half the price of the shoes! I asked END Clothing to create a return label for me, offering to pay for it, but they flat-out refused. Their customer service is terrible and unhelpful. This company doesn’t care about its customers; they only want to sell you stuff and then leave you hanging. It’s sad to see such careless behavior. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this platform. It’s a total scam!

    Ive been a customer since 2017 and ill say that End’s selection is very good. However, they mark everything up pretty significantly for US buyers. Example: i was on HBX the other day and saw a pair of pants get newly listed for $125 after being buying them for $225 on END and they dont do US returns. Ssense and HBX are definitely better options for US customers until END finally gets a US store.

  • Used to be great but…

    now they took away some of the most useful information. The app used to have measurements for all the shirts and pants/shorts. Now it just gives the physical measurements of the model wearing the article of clothing and what size they are wearing (not even the garments measurements). I don’t care that Stefán is 6’1 with a 32” chest and wearing an extra large that’s unbuttoned. What good does that give the buyer? Give us the measurements of the shirt and we can see if that works with our measurements maybe?

  • Great but…

    The only issue I currently have with the app is how long the wait time is when adding/removing an item to/from my wishlist. This has been an issue for at least a year now and I’m curious as to how long it’ll take to fix. Other than that, the app functions how it should and navigating their inventory through the app is very easy.

  • Favorite place to shop

    I have to say that I love shopping at END. They have an amazing line of truly amazing designers at their disposal which makes it easy to choose, and the best part is they keep up on all the latest styles. I look forward every time I shop at :THE END Lol

    Usually a fantastic experience. However. Been a couple weeks now, wishlist not loading, searches not loading, account page not loading. Deleted the app. Reinstalled. Deleted. Reinstalled. What’s going on? I’m trying to shop
  • Very well-designed app

    The app is overall well organized - searching for products and accessing personal info like order history is super easy.

    The wishlist functionality is unbearably slow, but the website also has this issue. If I could fix one thing it’d be this.

    Raffles could be easier to navigate to, I sometimes forget END does them.

  • BUGS EVERYWHERE!

    Many of the one-star reviews are from three years ago and complain about their flawed security system. I thought three years was enough time for them to address these problems, but I was wrong.

    I can confirm that these issues are still prevalent today, as I had the exact same issue with a canceled sneaker launch I was told I “won” and was charged for. Even after contacting support, it took four days for them to refund and tell me that there may have been an issue with ME changing the address that caused a bug in the system.

    I never changed my address as I only have one, so I assumed it was for some other reason they didn’t know of. However, what shocked me most was that they placed the blame on me, rather than accepting fault for a system thats been malfunctioning for years. Despite End’s “sleek” UI, the back-end system is dated and buggy and the costumer service is an afterthought.

    Nobody should bother ordering from End in 2023. End may have been the place to go in 2019, but they seem to have forgotten to modernize. Get your clothes somewhere else.

  • Keeps closing on me!!!

    Lately the app has been closing within 5 minutes every single time I attempt to shop! Believe it or not, this is much more than in the past! I looked to see when the last update was and all I can say is whatever they were trying to fix, it absolutely made it way worse. I love shopping for my 16 year old son on this app, but lately it has been very difficult. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS ONGOING PROBLEM. It is sooooo FRUSTRATING! That is seriously the only negative thing I can say about END. They have great selection, and the latest releases for all of the best brands. I would have rated a 5, and will when they are finally able to fix the app from constantly closing.

  • I love the App, but could be SUPERB!!!

    I’ve been using this app for about 5-6 years now, and I do shop to much to be honest.

    My only issues, and constructive criticism are, the FREEZING of the App, the crashing while you are browsing products, or saving to your wishlist, also the SLOW interface when you first open the App it takes forever to load, the products and many times I have to exit the App, and then restart it, can you guys please FIX all of these bugs asap.

    I will continue to use the App no matter what, but it would be a much better experience, if these bugs are fix!
