  • Doesn't allow me to enter raffles

    So i've used the app for raffles and it works great, until i'm assuming an update caused me problems. Whatever the update did, it kept me from entering raffles with "unauthorised access" everytime and it logs me out like i've never used it before. When i use the website it works just fine nothing goes wrong, but the app kept putting me away from entering raffles. I want this issue to be fixed otherwise i'll just have to use the website instead. I like the app but man did that threw me out like a fiddle.

  • Be aware

    I had worst online shopping experience from them. I returned my order and it arrived at the destination over 2 weeks ago however I never received any confirmation email or refund. (They say 2 working days to proses and 24-48 hours to refund) Also they have the worst costumer support too. Phone number doesn’t work, live chat they close most of the time, email they don’t even read and just copy and paste. I’ll need to contact to my bank as fraud issue because there’s no way that I get help checking status. Search this company and check the reviews before you actually use please. People get lots of issues from them.

  • Could be 5 stars IF

    Overall End Clothing store provides me with every brand that I wear from A.P.C, to Champion and Stussy. But the sneaker selection needs a face lift because it’s ugly, I’ll give End that much, they usually have exclusive drops like yeezys or J’s. After that we’re stuck with the usual dull poor excuse for taste., sneakers nobody wants because they’re always in the sale section.

  • Don’t buy the hate

    I’ve seen so many reviews calling End. A scam and terrible customer service. It’s not true I’ve ordered at least a dozen times from them (in USA) the only problem I’ve had is that the transaction doesn’t go through but it works eventually.

    I have only won one raffle but have bought a few products and have been extremely satisfied with the quality and delivery time. I just wish customer service was a little better but can’t win them all.
  • Horrible customer service

    Like another review mentioned, order was canceled without notification of a security check. Had to reach out and provide necessary documentation (license/utility bill) while being reassured that many of the same items are in stock. After a two day ordeal to clear the account, was told item is out of stock. Wasted time and energies and would definitely not recommend

  • Great and easy to use

    As a designer, I can be hypercritical of UX/UI of mobile apps. This app is easy to use and makes it easy to browse through the catalog and complete purchases. Great descriptions, well-shot and varied images, and no-hassle experiences.
  • Flawed security and support

    Security checks against my order caused it to get cancelled. I understand this can happen for a variety of reasons that the company can’t get into with me (in case I’m a crook), fine. Support via chat was unwilling and unable to help, and basically said I can’t use this app because they don’t know how to verify the Apple Pay details I’ve used everywhere else (Farfetch, YOOX, all the Shopify sites out there) aren’t fraudulent. There was no attempt to contact me before the order got cancelled either. Overall an underwhelming customer service experience, one that made me retract my recommendation for this app with friends and family.

    The selection is interesting and the prices reasonable. Some of the wish list functionality could work better, and filtering for sizes and colors etc. could be done on a global scale, instead of me having to set manually for every search (basically a user profile for these preferences so I don’t see shows I can’t fit)
