I’m trying to add my address but it was automatically added my location but it was a wrong address.

They take like forever to approve your profile.

Our contractors work with some of Canada's most vulnerable population and we must do our due diligence to ensure that every worker is qualified. Disappointing!!!

The customer service reps are garbage and highly unprofessional. You have to chase them in order to get approved and start working. I am a respectable nurse who has experience and I am highly disappointed in their service. I will let fellow nurses know not to use their services and representatives are highly unprofessional and don’t even have basic mannerisms.

It doesn’t work for newcomers people

I was trying to fill all the requirements but this ask you for a lot of references from Canadian jobs. If you are a newcomer what can you do ?

Problems with pay

This app is no good! You work the shifts and don’t get paid. There is always an issue with the app. The customer service is garbage, you can only text and the problem still doesn’t get resolved. I would not recommend this app to anyone , unless you want to work and not get paid.

Shifts!!!

As long as I have worked for Staffy I was consistently getting shifts and all of a sudden now I cannot get one shift and I would literally sit on the app and apply and still don’t get the shift and then about an hour later I see that the shift wasn’t taken by anyone Reposted for less I am very unhappy with Staffy

Great place to pick up extra shifts!

I use Staffy to pick up shifts in my downtime. It’s been great.

Delay in Verification / Job Posts Repeats

Update:

There is a delay in the submission of the verification code during the registration process.

When scrolling through the job posts, I would notice that they become repetitive.

There is also a lack of filtering or sorting out job posts. You can’t even search for the specific job you want.

Overall, poor searching and job variety options.

I hope you can fix this soon because the app does have potential as the job post layout is organized and easy to read.

I have been trying to upload the app and finish my application but it keeps getting stuck. It’s just a waste of time.
