The app was definitely user-friendly and very convenient since I am a pet owner. I did not have to schedule time off from work and I was able to get the inspection done in parts due to my busy schedule by my due date definitely a five star.
  • Exceptional app

I did a walk-through with a friend and my first walk-through. I missed so many problems. With RentCheck so much was exposed in regards to this apartment and I am grateful because now they can be addressed. This is an exceptional app and whoever developed it should be very proud. Thank you for creating this.

  • Tedious and invasive for repeat inspections

First inspection is fine, and I understand why it needs to be very detailed. App works fine for the intended purpose. But having to re-photograph a property each year and point out the same old things is very tedious and time consuming - not to mention being invasive from a privacy perspective. Why not just have a base inspection done when the property is empty and then make subsequent ones be for new issues only?
