Anytime the app closes out and I go to log back in it will always tell me my password is incorrect for about the past week or sono no no no no noooooo

Always seems to offline and unavailable to get to. Always get a bad request for logging in. 90 percent of the time it’s a pain to long into. Have to shut down the app multiple times to get it to work. Was only showing one account for the longest time.chefuen13
Bad Request Error
I constantly receive a “bad request” error when I try to login. Usually have to shut the app down 2 or 3 times before it will allow me to login.Amara129
Latest update
The latest update only allows me to see the first account the rest are blank blue bars. What just happen? It was great before the update a few days ago. ☹️jopo6270
Last Update Kill the App....
Face ID login is completely broken. Keep getting a “mobile device has not been assigned to a user error.” Tried to bypass that with auto login feature, and that gets me a different error. I use a password manager with very complex, and different, passwords and these features that I rely on for convenience just because useless with this last update.Show lessMrGunny405
Fix “bad request” error
I like being able to manage my banking in an app, but ever since the latest update, I keep receiving a “bad request” error whenever I try to log in. I have to completely close the app, open it again, and try once more. I usually have to do this about 3-4 times before it finally logs me in.Kethryvalis
Unpredictable and unreliable
This app used to be good. With recent updates the app has become next to useless. It randomly updates your membership status making it impossible to deposit a check through the app over $500.00. Now the app won’t recognize any log in information even though I logged in earlier today to do some banking. When I go to reset my password, it just sits there loading until it times out and says an error has occurred so now I can’t even log in to look at my accounts or transfer funds.Show lessrydel1
