The app is a glitchy, unusable mess. Cannot reorder an item or really do anything at all on it. Tried using their regretfully SMS-only “customer service”, they pretend they’ve never heard of any of the issues cited occurring before, even though these reviews are full of incidents just like mine. They refuse to admit a problem with their tech, and then sent me down a rabbit hole of absurd “solutions” that do not work either. No genuine attempt to make things right—just a lot of useless corporate-speak that they cut-and-paste in response to my requests for assistance. Basically the usual brick wall denial of problems that you often find from smug tech companies. Plus they try and blame outside issues like your wifi connection, which has zero to do with this glitchy, badly-designed app’s inability to function. The restaurant is great—but this app wasted so much of my time and energy, and Sweetfin’s lack of interest in actually helping me get an order placed or make up for my inconvenience (on multiple occasions) has killed my desire to eat there again. Bad people.
