  • Review

    The app is not easy to use ultra fine font and difficult to read, but once ordered, I went to the store to pick up my sandwich and it was ready on time, but they never put it on the customer pick up shelf until 10 minutes after it had sat in the bag and on the shelves in the back of the store. the chicken corn sandwich is way too spicy with the jalapeño relish. The store has plenty of people there lots of activity, but they don’t seem to be working well to solve the delays in serving the customers. not sure I will go back to Mendocino Farms
    Also no soft drinks and no regular iced tea. Just a bunch of weird drinks and could not find the prices for the drinks on the menu.

  • In general, it works, but it could use some improvement

    I live close by so I like to place my order and walk over to eat there. Unfortunately there’s no option to have it served to eat there. Another change I would like to see is when I go there and I sit down outside there’s a barcode to let the server know where I’ve sat. This should be available for the app as well. And last, can we get a text when our order is ready? Sometimes I’m a hot mess and I don’t want to go in there and wait where everyone can see me. I’d rather wait in the parking lot. I recommend the app if you don’t wanna talk to a cashier.

  • Why no Apple Pay?

    I always hope the next time I use it that the app will be better, but still nope. It doesn’t let you use your saved credit cards (from iPhone wallet), or pay via ApplePay. I have an account and this time it still didn’t show my saved cards from last time when I manually had to enter it in.
    The menu that’s listed in their website doesn’t always show in the app (not sure if it’s a location based thing as to why they didn’t have lemonade and only had canned beverages on the app) but would expect it to say “location-based” or something.
