  • Food is great, rating is for app

    The app is pretty pointless, it only lists about 10-15 of the dozens of sandwiches they offer and none of the ones I order, so I can never order through the app ahead of time to have my order ready when I arrive.

    Honestly, what’s the point of having an app for this place? It’s like I love the food, but the fact that the app doesn’t offer all the sandwiches actually makes me like Ike’s a lot less. Poor effort and disappointing flavor left in my mouth every time I have to wait 15 minutes for a sandwich.

  • no way to order my favorite sandwich

    This is a terrible app. There is no way to actually order my favorites sandwich. I talked to the people at the store, and they agreed that it
    is a terrible design, and said all they can suggest is to order something else and then put in the comments what we really want. Seriously. Ok, tried that several times, and about half the time they didn’t notice the comments and made the one we randomly chose from the very limited list in app (which we didn’t actually want). Done with them and moving on to Firehouse Subs, until Ike’s gets their act together on this app.

  • This place has the best employees (and sandwich’s)

    Not sure if I’ve left a review already but if I haven’t I’ve been meaning to.. I come here two to three times a month and am regularly impressed with the courtesy and professionalism off the employees (Northridge) i unfortunately cannot think of anyone’s name but there is a dark skinned gentleman at the register and a short tiny girl with tattoos and piercings that are just the coolest people to deal with and always so friendly! Well the gentleman just made me a king koopa and although I’ve had it a few times in the past this was the best sandwich I have ever eaten! I made the mistake on the app and my sandwich wasn’t prepared , totally my fault, he was apologetic and assured me it would be done super quick and when I was walking back in from the car he met me at the door with my sandwich .. little things like this make this place special and the food is amazing I’ve introduced so many people to this place and everyone loves it. Thank you Northridge Ike’s!
