App is horrendous.
I have been trying to order for over 20 minutes. It is glitching out and will not let me create an account, and won’t let me order as a guest. Its honestly faster to just go in person. This is pretty ridiculous. It won’t tell me why it can’t create an account for me. I tried on the website as well. I tried to log in because I thought I already had an account and I have tried to get my password changed and never received the email to change it despite them “sending” it multiple times. This is frustrating and it should not be this complicated to order some food.Show lessLily Rose 🥀
App works fine, but the $5 sign-up reward didn't appear until after it expired
I signed up for Rubios rewards May 30 and forgot about the $5 welcome reward until Monday when I received an email saying I had 3 days until it expired. Yesterday (Thursday) I go to Rubios (it's a 25 minute drive) and attempted to use what I thought was the Rubios welcome coupon. Instead, it was some $5 off 11am-2pm lunch coupon that they didn't let me use because it was dinner time. There were 0 other coupons in my app, and since I drove so far already, I ate my food and that was that. Today (Friday, the day after) I receive an email saying my welcome coupon was extended, so I go into the app and what do you know, the welcome coupon is sitting there next to the lunch coupon. I'm sorry, what?! I know this isn't Rubio's customer support, but just a fair warning to anyone signing up, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR COUPONS!Show lessJvinke92
No way to report a problem with your order
We have used the app several times with no problem. However our most recent order was delivered to the wrong address, the photograph that the person who dropped off the order sent was not our house. We tried to figure out where it was but there’s no way to contact anyone that we could find through the app or through the messaging system that they use so we were out over $50. I have deleted the app and will not use it again.Show lessPwhitacre
