App is horrendous.

I have been trying to order for over 20 minutes. It is glitching out and will not let me create an account, and won’t let me order as a guest. Its honestly faster to just go in person. This is pretty ridiculous. It won’t tell me why it can’t create an account for me. I tried on the website as well. I tried to log in because I thought I already had an account and I have tried to get my password changed and never received the email to change it despite them “sending” it multiple times. This is frustrating and it should not be this complicated to order some food.
