  • Became quite terrible

    This place got terribly expensive for what it is with quality of food and service steadily deteriorating. Saw many weird things going on at different locations, including unused milk for a coffee drink being poured back into original carton, all soups coming from frozen bags, and sandwiches being pre-made and then being just heated up. NOTHING here is fresh or made to order, no accountability from the management. Used to come for their coffee drinks because of the convenient locations, but since they upped their prices a couple of weeks ago their lower than average quality beverages now cost like a drink at a specialty coffee shop. Absolutely disgusting, ridiculously overpriced, worse than mediocre hospital quality food. No wonder this chain has filed for bankruptcy.

  • Usually ok

    I use this location a lot and usually don’t have a problem. The cashier in the mornings is always nice and so is the to-go lady. However this morning there was a different to-go lady. She was rude, didn’t include my condiments (no syrup or butter) and then was stingy with the syrup. There’s 4 pancakes and they only want to give 1 2oz container of syrup. SMH. She said I would be charged for more. I’m sure extra syrup will not break them. Who wants dry pancakes? Needless to say I may not be returning to this location. It’s the principal of it. I called the store and manager didn’t offer any resolution.

  • Disgustingly unsanitary

    I ordered yesterday and picked up my online order. First I washed my hands and came back out to wait since I was a little early. As I stood there there were two males that work there on their phones with another that I’m not sure worked there or maybe he was off and there was a female down the line near the food packing area. Once one of the males was packing my order the female started having a coughing fit all over the packing area the men proceeded to act like this was normal. It disgusted me so much that I threw my whole order away. I did not speak with the manager because I assumed the other male was the manager and didn’t see the big deal with something like this. This is extremely disturbing to see what behaviors are acceptable in front of customers. I’d hate to imagine what goes on in the kitchen. I tried the customer service number on the website but it does not work so I emailed them. During these times I feel we should still be taking health serious and not treating sanitation as something to be easily disregarded.
