Horrible app
Ui/ux is extremely confusing to navigate, I’m just trying to see what my free starter reward includes but it says I can’t view my rewards unless I have a favorite location (why it doesn't direct you to where to add the location baffles me as a beginner in ui/ux design). And then I favorited the location I visit the most, but it still has the same message saying I don’t have a location and thus can’t see my rewards. Also what is the point of the app when it has pretty much nothing special except the ability to order (which you can also do on the website), while everything else just redirects to a pop up to the cpk website. Lots of glitches where scroll is stuck and whatnot.

Horrible Upgrade
This app is a flop. I have never done an app review before but am compelled to do so here. I’m an Elite member and have been for years. The new app gives no quick way to see how many rewards you current have whereas the old app provided this feature. Also, you no longer can “check in” at the restaurant using the app and instead have to provide your phone number. While this may be insignificant to some the “check in” feature helped guarantee the server would not forget to input your number to get points for your visit. This app stinks.

No location
I have had issues with this app for months now. The app default to a location that is not my preferred location. It will not allow me to say my favorite location. Even doing a search for the closest location, it still takes me to a location further away. I have had to cancel several orders, and reorder because of this.
