  • Don’t Use This to Pay

    The app is very clunky and slow. We used it to do the mobile pay which is promoted all over the store and when we did, our card was charged but it said the check wouldn’t close. After waiting 20 minutes for the manager to think of a solution, they ran our card again and promised a refund. Ultimately we were charged twice and had to have our credit card company get involved. Would never recommend using the app to check out because the frontline staff can’t handle any problems and there is no support.

  • Gift Cards

    I love ordering from CPK and the convenience it has when it comes to ordering on the app. However I am not able to add a gift card to the app to use for future purchases which is a bummer and SUPER inconvenient. I have to wait to call the restaurant to place an order then pay when I get the restaurant. Please update payment method feature, so gift cards can be added in the app.

  • Can't Add Payment Method

    I have used this app for several years and enjoy getting occasional CPK rewards for being a loyal customer. I also used to enjoy being able to pay the bill from the app. Unfortunately, my stored credit card expired and the app will not take a new credit card. Every time I try to save the new card, I get a gateway connection error message. Please fix this so people can pay via the app once again.

  • Terrible App

    I tried to use what I presume was the original CPK app which I could never operate easily. Difficult if not impossible to use it to pay. Frequently locked and counter-intuitive. Waitstaff admitted a lot of people complained. I quit using it.

    Came back to CPK a year or so later and downloaded what I hoped would be a new version. It’s actually worse. Would not let me log in. I used the “forgot password” link to reset my password. Tried 4 or 5 times without success. After requesting a reset, I kept getting the message that my request had timed out despite my trying to complete the process within 20 seconds after receiving they reset link. Thinking maybe my account had been deleted, I tried to create a new account. Also unsuccessfully. App will not even identify the only (and oldest CPK) in town. App seems to think that the only COK in town is the one that closed over a year ago. Don’t waste your time with this App. A couple of years ago I contact CPK corporate about the app, got referred to the developer? In Florida who was totally unaware of any problems. Nothing is ever fixed. With as many budding chip heads as there are out there, one would think there would be one somewhere who could handle an app with at least basic functions. Could it be that CPK ‘s failed apps are the reason for its declining business?

  • Almost great, but functionality suffers

    Just placed my first order. Three times in a row I had to re-add my cc. Also had to keep re-adding my gift card. Unlike other places, there is no way to track your order status. In fact, I don’t even have an order history despite now having points in my account. This means that after you get your text message, that’s it. There’s no way to track anything.

  • Needs Apple Pay—can’t even place an order

    The menu is full of glaring layout bugs. I get “Invalid Authentication Token” trying to checkout. Had to place an order on the phone!!

    Not only do they not have Apple Pay, but the Credit card entry form is just insane. No auto fill at all. It’s just not acceptable in this day and age. The app is otherwise useful. If they can add Apple Pay, I could order online for pickup or pay my bill from my table. Leave the plastic cards at home. Then, if only I could order the Sedona tortilla soup with the soup + salad lunch duo… I could finally recommend the app wthout reservation.

  • Best Location of CPK

    There are a lot of CPK locations in Los Angeles but in my opinion this location in Glendale is the best. The servers are nice and very attentive and the location is airy and welcoming. I love the fact that you can drive up to Level P3 and the elderly in your group do not have to deal with stairs. It used to be nicer when there was no step up but since there was only one step, it’s not too bad. The view of Brand Boulevard is also nice especially at night.

  • App works well and easy to use

    All promos and discounts are automatically applied so that helps. Servers are happy when you already pay by app and they can actually move on to help others. Overall great experience.
  • CPK App + Dodgers Winning = Frequent Customer

    I didn’t used to come to CPK often, but since I started coming due to the Dodgers rewards, it made me a frequent customer. So much that I had others sign up & score free pizzas & buy drinks whenever the LA home team wins. And they win often. I love the Pay by Mobile feature too, makes it way more convenient to pay. Thankful for this app & the delicious menu items.

  • Invalid Client

    App used to work but for the last month or so I haven’t been able to use it at all. I keep getting the invalid client message. Then to make it worse customer support doesn’t know what I’m talking about…like it’s your app you tell me. I’ve tried so many different ways to get it to work but now I’ll just give up. I only ate cpk by ordering through the app but now I’ll just stop until they can update their app or get better customer service that can help me. Definitely has put me off for the foreseeable future.
