I wanted to share my recent experience with the Yogurtland iPhone app. Unfortunately, your app is terrible. It won’t let me log in nor is responsive to facial recognition. I have no issues logging in through your website. I have encountered several issues that have made my user experience less than satisfactory.
Additionally, the app seems to be quite slow and unresponsive, making it frustrating to navigate and place orders efficiently. Furthermore, the app occasionally crashes, leading to further inconvenience.
I believe that improving the app's performance and addressing these technical issues would greatly enhance the overall user experience. As a loyal Yogurtland customer, I value the convenience of the app, and I believe that with some enhancements, it can reach its full potential.
