Terrible App
Dear Yogurtland Team,
I wanted to share my recent experience with the Yogurtland iPhone app. Unfortunately, your app is terrible. It won’t let me log in nor is responsive to facial recognition. I have no issues logging in through your website. I have encountered several issues that have made my user experience less than satisfactory.
Additionally, the app seems to be quite slow and unresponsive, making it frustrating to navigate and place orders efficiently. Furthermore, the app occasionally crashes, leading to further inconvenience.
I believe that improving the app's performance and addressing these technical issues would greatly enhance the overall user experience. As a loyal Yogurtland customer, I value the convenience of the app, and I believe that with some enhancements, it can reach its full potential.

App bug?
When I open the app, I can’t log in. Everything I’m entering is correct, and I get the message “other error returned from server”.
Not sure if it’s my phone, the app or network.

Great feeling
Went to Yorba Linda Blvd Yogurtland. Little did o know the place would be packed since it was an early release day from school. The young ladies working were so sweet and professional. I was very impressedRalphswife

Delicious every flavor is good my favorite is the cheesecake and strawberry mixed but if you don’t watch how much you add it could be 20-30$!ilovemakeup👉👈

Totally nonfunctional app that won’t even reset passwords
The yogurt may be good but the app is not. have a birthday reward I want to redeem and it won’t even let me reset my password! it keeps saying that password reset is disabled.
Before I got locked out of my own account, I can also attest that the app also makes it a total pain for the cashier to use gift cards on your account too. whoever made this app clearly went to Trump University for UX design. Completely nonfunctional.Show lessRR698577

We Love Yogurtland
This app is very useful, when you buy something and get points, the 5 dollars can be good for constant purchases. Not only that but sometimes there are discounts specific to the app (ex: 2 dollars off, buy one get one free, 5% off, etc).
